When her baby brother is kidnapped by crows, Prue McKeel begins an adventure that will take her and her friend Curtis way beyond her hometown and deep into the Impassable Wilderness. There they uncover a secret world in the midst of violent upheaval, a world full of warring creatures, peace-loving mystics and powerful figures with the darkest intentions. What begins as a rescue mission becomes something much bigger as the two friends find themselves entwined in a struggle for the very freedom of this wilderness. A wilderness the locals call Wildwood. Wildwood is a spellbinding tale full of wonder, danger and magic. It combines the thrill of a secret world and the buzz of modern city life. Original and fresh, yet steeped in classic fantasy, this is a novel that could have only come from the imagination of Colin Meloy, celebrated for his inventive and fantastic storytelling as the lead singer and songwriter of The Decemberists. With dozens of intricate and beautiful illustrations by award-winning artist Carson Ellis, Wildwood is truly a new classic for the twenty-first century.

I don't have an iTouch or iPhone, and when I try to download this book, clicking on the Redeem Now button, I get an error message. If I log into iTunes directly, the price is $7.99, and I don't see a place to input the offer code.
Maybe this is only good for people with iGadgets?
That could be - I get the popup box with Redeem Now. Click that and another window opens, then iTunes. Log into iTunes and you'll see the redemption page (if not, click on Home, then Redeem).
Pop back to the original window that opened and there is now a code under where you clicked "redeem now".
Note that if there is DRM on an iTunes book, it can only be read on an iThing. However, you should be able to buy them (to read later, if you get an iThing or if Apple wakes up and creates a single app, if only for the Mac); that doesn't mean that Apple with let you, though (even though the DRM-free books in their store are perfectly readable on any gadget).
